First completely unnecessary traffic jam on the Beltway in about 14 degrees... I dropped my brother off at BWI once during the start of a blizzard (you know, about 1.5 inches of snow) and saw, within 15 minutes, cars flipped on their roofs along 295. Let a little snow drop on that burg and suddenly everything turns into the Thunderdome.

I just hope it snows everyday, so we can kill of the folk who have no idea how to drive in it. Or they could learn to... Either way
